# Get Post Back List

> List all postbacks (quick replies / button actions) configured on a WhatsApp bot via the ChatSyncs API. Use when a developer asks how to look up postback IDs programmatically, e.g. to use with Outbound Actions triggers.

Lists every postback configured on a WhatsApp bot — the same postbacks you'd see when setting
a [Postback trigger on an Outbound Action](/learn/whatsapp-outbound-actions).
