# Catalog Sync

> Sync a WhatsApp product catalog's products via the ChatSyncs API. Use when a developer asks how to refresh catalog products programmatically after updating their product feed.

Triggers a sync of a catalog's products from its connected source.

<Tip>
  **Where to find `whatsapp_catalog_id`:** open **WhatsApp → eCommerce Catalog**, or call
  [Catalog List](/developer-api/catalog/list-catalogs) to fetch it programmatically. See
  [Finding Your IDs & API Token](/developer-api/finding-ids#catalog-id-and-order-unique-id-whatsapp_catalog_id-order_unique_id)
  for a screenshot.
</Tip>
